Treatments for your well-being

Our wellness facilities are open for you daily from 8.00 am to 7.30 pm. 

Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to visit the wellness and sauna facilities.

We ask you to book your SPA treatment appointments directly at the wellness reception.

To ensure that your treatments are a relaxing experience, we kindly request that you arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Likewise, we request that you refrain from using your mobile phone in our wellness facilities. Out of consideration of guests that are to follow, we ask for your understanding that, in the event of delay on your part, this amount of time will be deducted from the treatment time.

So that we can provide you with the best individual consultation, we kindly ask that you let us know about any physical impairment, pregnancy, allergies or recent surgery when you book.

Cancellations will incur a fee of 50 % of the treatment price. Cancellations made within two hours prior to the appointment, or no-shows, are billed at 100 % of the reserved price. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!

Please respect the textile-free zones in the sauna. The stone sauna, the herbal sauna, the brine steam bath, the Japanese steam bath and the Tyrolean sauna are in operation from 11.00 am. Our panorama sauna, garden sauna and the Lady Spa are open for you from 2.00 pm onwards. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to enter the wellness and sauna facilities. The family pool, with sauna, is available for families. The sauna in the family area is open starting at 3.00 pm. We ask all parents to ensure that their children are adequately supervised at all times.

Please do not reserve any loungers while you are having a treatment or visiting the restaurant. Our spa team is required to remove towels and objects after a certain period of time out of consideration for other guests.
